What is your shipping Policy?
Your product will ship anywhere from five to seven business days following receipt of your order unless the order is submitted on a holiday or weekend, in which case the order will be received on the following business day.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
If your product is damaged in shipping, or the product you receive does not match the specifications of the original order, please contact Bay Photo Labs for a replacement at no additional cost. Information on how to contact Bay Photo Labs will be in the packaging of your product.
How can I keep up with your new work?
The best way to keep up with the latest images I release to my Web Gallery is to fill out a contact form (upper right corner of my web page) so that I may add your email and notify you as soon as possible. You will also periodically receive discount offers for select images. In addition, I occasionally add select images to a product gallery titled “Top Sellers” that have become favorites of buyers, collectors and galleries. By being on my contact list, you will also be notified of these specially priced image offers.
